Henkel Technomelt PUR-O-LUB
Lubricant, 1 cartridge á 279g/310ml
Henkel Technomelt PUR O-LUB a synthetic lubricant / high-performance grease for lubricating and sealing drum melting systems, glue units and glue nozzles on PUR adhesive binders. By using Technomelt PUR O-LUB, the sliding properties of moving parts are increased and the parts are protected from glue deposits at the same time. The service life of the sealing lips of the stamp of the barrel chamber is increased and production reliability is guaranteed.
- Technomelt PUR O-LUB is used to seal and lubricate machine parts, especially moving parts on the glue unit, the glue nozzle and the drum melting system in PUR adhesive binding machines
- Technomelt PUR O-LUB is free from metal soaps or fatty acids
- temperature range: -45 to +180°C
- Technomelt PUR O-LUB is supplied in 310ml cartridges which require a commercially available cartridge syringe (such as for silicone / acrylic cartridges)
- Residue be wiped off with a dry cloth. Built hardened residue can be removed with a cleaner solvent-based or an orange cleaner
