RIGO MEGABIND 420 PUR - PUR-noozle bookbinder

with automatic cover adjustment and creasing

The single-PUR PUR adhesive binder with a working width of 420mm and an automatic wrapping machine with 4-fold grooving works with a closed PUR-nozzle-glue application system, which is applied to the PUR back as well as the PUR side glue. This is possible thanks to a newly designed nozzle application system with a pressure compensation which, in addition to the exact uniform back gluing, also allows an exact and uniform side gluing on both block sides and over the entire book length. For PUR adhesives, commercially available 2kg PUR candles are used. The nozzle system is completely airtight and operates with a gear pump so that the adhesive can remain in the system for several weeks without having to fill the cleaner. The MEGABIND 420 PUR is therefore ideally suited for both small and medium runs and can be used economically as required. Like all RIGO adhesive binders, the MEGABIND 420 PUR is completely manufactured in Europe and fulfills all current safety requirements.
