The JBI DocuPunch PLUS is a versatile automatic punching machine with interchangeable tools that allows you to punch paper as well as foil cover sheets up to a width of 330 mm fully automatically for subsequent wire, plastic ring or coil binding, for example.
The punching machine is designed for medium-sized runs involving multiple materials ranging from 70 to 250 gsm. Thanks to interchangeable tools that can be easily exchanged in seconds, various punching patterns including thumbhole punching and filing holes for ring binders are possible. Even tabbed sheets can be die-cut with this machine.
The DocuPunch PLUS offers an actual output of up to 45,000 sheets/h (80 g/m²) including loading and unloading operations and is now even more flexible with 3 selectable speeds and punching thicknesses from 0.4 to 1 mm.
The free-standing and compact automatic punching machine offers advantages due to a very small footprint without making concessions in terms of power and quality.

The fully automatic JBI James Burn DocuPunch PLUS is a compact and versatile punching machine with numerous interchangeable punching tools, a high punching capacity of 45,000 sheets/h for medium runs.
