JBI EX 610 - automatic punching machine

JBI James Burn EX 610 is a flexible, precise and powerful solution for all punching and register cutting.
This versatile high speed automatic punching machine is designed to accommodate the widest possible punching applications for large size runs. Running at up to 7,200 cycles / hour, it is the fastest punching machine in its range. Continuous paper loading speeds productivity to provide a true output of up to 120,000 sheets (80gsm) / hour including loading & unloading operations.
The EX 610 machine punches virtually any type of stock and material that will be retained in their pre-collated sequence. It will perform all types of punching works on up to 3 lines, tab cutting or corner perforation.

• comes with a two level high pile feeder for continuous operation, the lower level can be filled up with sheets while the upper is working
• sheet feeding is done in the exact order of sheets, the sheet thickness can be adjusted up to 2,5 mm max.
• for an exact punching the sheets are automatically pounded sidewards and lengthwise for perfect flatness and decurling in the turnover drums
• exchange of tools can be done with very few actions within seconds
• exact sheet order is kept through a page turnover unit
