FASTBIND hotmelt 10.0
Adhesive for hotmelt perfect binder
FASTBIND Hot Glue 10.0 is a newly formulated polymer hot melt adhesive that provides excellent tack and edge adhesion on a wide range of papers and is particularly useful for harder to bind or heavier papers.
A high elasticity of the set adhesive ensures good flexibility of the book spine and improved opening behavior of the bound book.
Good temperature resistance delays the yellowing of the adhesive in the binding machine.
FASTBIND Hot Glue 10.0 is particularly economical and allows you to make about 20% more books with the same amount of glue because it is only about 83% the density of FastBind EVA glues.
In terms of its temperature behavior and viscosity, FASTBIND Hot Glue 10.0 is specially formulated for all Fastbind hotmelt perfect binding machines, but can also be used on all other hotmelt perfect binding machines.
ATTENTION must not be mixed with an EVA adhesive!
Please read the PDS before using the glue in your perfect binder for the first time!

Fastbind Hotmelt Adhesive FASTBIND Hotmelt 10.0 is a thermoplastic adhesive with excellent adhesive properties for binding soft and hard cover books. The FASTBIND hot melt 10.0 is supplied as white granules and melted in the binding machine. The FastBind hotmelt adhesive is characterized by high initial adhesion and fast setting behavior.
