Folding unit CYKLOS TriFold 360 is designed primarily for folding of pre-creased material up to 350 gsm. It is ideal to combine the unit with CYKLOS creasers GPM 450 Speed or Airspeed 450, however it might be used also with competing creasers by other brands. CYKLOS TriFold 360 enables to create 5 fold types including the most common 1/2, C or Z. The fold is being achieved by combination of manually adjustable fold plates and high-diameter rubber rollers. Also called folding machine or paper folding machine.

Die CYKLOS TriFold 360 ist eine Falzmaschine, die an die Rillmaschinen und Perforiermaschinen CYKLOS GPM 450 Speed und CYKLOS Airspeed 450 gekoppelt wird und so als vollautomatische Maschine zum Rillen und Falzen genutzt werden kann. Diese Papierfalzmaschine ist speziell für die Weiterverarbeitung von Digitaldrucken geeignet. Die TRIFOLD eignet sich für das Falzen von Papier bis zum Format SRA3 und für Papiergewichte von 80 bis 350 g/m². Eine Falzmaschine oder auch Faltmaschine genannt ist eine Maschine, die bei großen Auflagen eingesetzt wird, um wirtschaftlich effizient Produkte aus Papier zu falzen. Falzmaschinen gibt es in unterschiedlichen Ausführungen und zu unterschiedlichen Preisen. Die Auswahl reicht von einer kompakten Tisch-Falzmaschine für Büros bis hin zu vollautomatischen Profi-Falzmaschinen mit Sauganleger für Druckereien und Buchbindereien mit großen sowie häufig wechselnden Auflagen zum Falzen von großen Druckbogen zu Broschüren, Mailings, Landkarten etc.
