Die CYKLOS GPM 450 SA ist eine halbautomatische Rill- und Perforiermaschine für die Weiterverarbeitung von Drucken bis zum Format DIN A2 (450 mm). Mit der GPM 450 SA können Sie digital bedrucktes Papier mit einer hochwertigen Rille versehen und beispielsweise Karten, Einladungen, Speisekarten u.ä. leicht falten. Mit dem Perforierwerkzeug können Sie ebenfalls Abreiß-Streifen für Eintrittskarten, Gutscheine oder Essensmarken realisieren. Mit der Bookcover-Funktion können Sie die 4 erforderlichen Rillungen für die Herstellung von SoftCovern zur Klebebindung ganz leicht erstellen.

Die CYKLOS GPM 450 ist eine halbautomatische elektrische Rill- und Perforiermaschine zum Rillen und Perforieren von Digitaldrucken mit empfindlicher Oberfläche. Der Sinn von Rillen oder Nuten mit einem Rillgerät oder Nutgerät vor dem Falzen von Druckerzeugnissen ist, dass das Papier beim Falzen am Falzrücken nicht bricht. Die GPM 450 SA, mit einer Arbeitsbreite von 450 mm ist für die Endverarbeitung von grafischen Materialien bis zum Format DIN A2 bestimmt und versieht Ihre digitalen Drucksachen mit einer hochwertigen Rille oder Perforation für Abreiß-Streifen. Zusätzlich verfügt sie über die Bookcover-Funktion, mit der man die vier erforderlichen Rillen für die Softcover-Produktion für Klebebindungen ganz leicht erzeugen kann.
Maschinen für das Perforieren, Rillen oder auch Nuten sorgen in der Papierverarbeitung, insbesondere bei der Broschürenherstellung, für eine schonende Weiterverarbeitung und hochwertige Endprodukte. Sie zählen zu den grafischen Maschinen zur Druckweiterverarbeitung und sind als kleines Tischgerät bis hin zu programmierbaren Vollautomaten erhältlich. Rill- und Perforiermaschinen gibt es mit Handanlage oder als Rill- und Perforierautomaten mit Stapelanleger.
