casein-free polymer adhesive for labeling
Henkel Aquence XP 150 is a casein-free polymer adhesive for labelling glass bottles and returnable PET bottles with paper labels. Suitable for manual processing / gluing machines as well as for fully automatic labelling machines that work according to the rotary or straight-running principle.

- Very good machine running properties
- fast setting
- good wet adhesion for dry to slightly moist bottles
- for high wet adhesion > XP 180-22
- excellent adhesion
- short-term ice water resistance (e.g. wine/champagne bottles in the cooler)
- for high ice water resistance > XP 190
- good adhesion even with tempered bottles
- suitable for returnable and deposit bottles
- easy removal of labels with hot water in the cleaning process
- viscosity: 65,000 to 95,000 mPas
- recommended processing temperature: 22 °C to 32 °C
