Henkel Technomelt EM PRO 135 is a high-quality hotmelt adhesive for labelling PET bottles with plastic labels and for labelling paper labels using a label magazine.
Henkel Technomelt EM PRO 135 is a further development of Technomelt EM 362 and Technomelt EM 377 with improved properties.
- high quality hot melt adhesive on synthetic basis
- for roll-fed labelling of PET bottles with plastic labels (e.g. OPP)
- labelling of paper labels using a label magazine
- low VOC content (Volatile Organic Compounds)
- mineral oil-free
- very good machine running properties, meaning high mileage and less machine downtime, saving on maintenance, cleaning and spare parts cost
- contamination of the vacuum drum and other machine parts is largely avoided
- high flexibility / high elongation capacity - secure adhesion even under the influence of volume expansion and the associated contraction of the bottle surface with highly carbonated beverages
