First automatic XY DTF cutter
The professional DTF XY Cutter was developed to transform and fully automate DTF production.

The NEOLT XY DTF Cutter is a revolutionary new cutting machine for companies working with direct-to-film (DTF) and heat transfer vinyl (HTV) materials. The XY DTF Cutter enables fully automatic cutting of DTF material and other types of media with a cutting width of up to 80 cm.
An internal compressor controls the pneumatic pressure roll as well as the vertical blades. The pressure exerted on the vertical blades can be increased or decreased to better adapt to different materials. This enables precise and flexible processing of different media types. The versatility of the XY DTF cutter is further enhanced by the ability to mechanically adjust the angle of inclination of the media roll to correct the alignment during cutting.

The XY DTF Cutter is controlled via an intuitive touchscreen user interface, ensuring simple operation and precise control of cutting processes. The intelligent interface allows the user to choose between two main programs to optimise production:
1. Automatic mode, which allows the size and number of copies to be programmed and
2. Mark mode for automatic cutting by cutting mark recognition.
