The Wall Paper version of the NEOLT XY Matic Trim Plus was specially developed for the very precise cutting of longer webs, such as wallpaper. The NEOLT XY Matic Trim Plus Jumbo Wall Paper enables the cutting of jumbo rolls with a weight of up to 400 kg and a diameter of 500 mm, with a maximum speed of 18 running metres per minute.
The paper is cut in one pass using printed cutting marks on all sides (X/Y). The parallelism is realigned horizontally at each cutting mark (angle correction). The pneumatic pinch rollers allow a very precise passage through the machine for perfect cutting results.
NEOLT XY Matic Trim Plus Jumbo Wall Paper is able to correct the rollers by + 7 / -7 cm to the right or left. The result is a perfect and always even vertical cut of your wallpaper.
NEOLT XY Matic Trim Plus Jumbo Wall Paper is equipped with intelligent touch screen software 2.0.
The intuitive LCD touch screen allows for the easiest operation and also includes a video instruction of the most important steps to set up the machine.

NEOLT XY- Matic Trim Plus Jumbo Wall Paper sind Schneidemaschinen für den Vierseitenbeschnitt und werden auch als Vierseitenschneider bezeichnet. Es handelt sich hierbei um spezielle Maschinen, die verwendet werden, um Papier, Folien, Vinyl und andere flexible Materialien an allen vier Seiten gleichzeitig zu schneiden. Diese Schneidemaschinen schneiden in X- und in Y-Richtung, d.h. sie führen den Horizontalschnitt und den Vertikalschnitt gleichzeitig aus. XY-Trimmer werden häufig in der Druckindustrie und Werbetechnik eingesetzt, insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Tapeten, PP-Vinyl, Leinwänden oder anderen großformatigen Drucken, die von Rolle in Bogenformate geschnitten werden müssen. Vierseitenschneider überzeugen durch eine hohe Präzision, schneiden genau und präzise in nur einem Arbeitsgang und garantieren ein sauberes und professionelles Erscheinungsbild des Endprodukts. Die automatische Ausrichtung erfolgt dabei an Schnittmarken und pneumatische Einzugsrollen garantieren einen perfekten Geradeauslauf. NEOLT XY-Trimmer gibt es für Schnittbreiten von 165 cm bis 210 cm, mit oder ohne pneumatischen Einzug, für unterschiedliche Anwendungen und unterschiedliche Rollengrößen bis 400 kg.
