The vertical SWORD panel milling machine NEOLT Electro SWORD 155 Special (ELs) with electric knife drive and high-performance milling machine (spindle) is the innovative further development of the SWORD EL and is ideal for industrial productions with high cutting volumes of special or very solid materials in 1-30 mm thickness. The router cuts aluminum composite (DIBOND®) or acrylic up to 5 mm thick at 30,000 revolutions per minute or introduces a groove for bending. With a cutting speed of up to 24 meters per minute, you can cut comfortably and with the greatest possible accuracy, and with the optional and powerful industrial suction device you can also cut very cleanly. In addition to the panel milling machine, a cutting head with cutter blade is available for cutting cardboard, multi-wall sheets or PVC foam sheets (e.g. FOREX Classic®) up to 10 or 30 mm without cutting.
