Cleaner for PUR binder tank- or nozzle systems
PLANATOL Planatolin PUR 22 is a cleaner for PUR Perfect Binder. PLANATOL Planatolin PUR 22 is used for the regular cleaning of the PUR adhesive binder in order to prevent deposits and blockages in melting and adhesive containers, glue pots, hoses and nozzles of PUR adhesive binders caused by the curing of PUR adhesive residues. However, PLANATOL Planatolin PUR 22 should be brought into the glue application system if the PUR adhesive binder is not likely to be used for a long period of time and should also be used for "rinsing" between glue changes if reactive PUR melts and other hotmelt systems are used alternately. The cleaning granules are colored blue in order to achieve optical separation from the adhesive when cleaning/rinsing the PUR adhesive binder, in particular to ensure that the cleaning agent is completely drained from the system when new adhesive is poured in.
