CYKLOS AirSpeed 450 Double - creasing+ perforating

The CYKLOS Airspeed 450 Double version extends the use of existing CYKLOS Airspeed 450. The machine is a faithful copy of its predecessor, but unlike the predecessor, it allows the use of two parallel strike tools in one pass. Emerging a number of interesting parallel production combinations – crease + inverse crease, crease + perforation, crease, + calendar punching, etc.
Like the Airspeed 450, the Airspeed 450 Double can apply creasing lines for the standard fold types of half fold, tri fold, z-fold, gate fold, accordion fold and creasing for book covers and additionally also for double gate fold, roll fold and double parallel fold.
Thanks to the two parallel tools and the new reversal creasing tool, two opposite creasing lines can be applied in just one operation, which are required for zigzag fold types (accordion fold), for example, thus eliminating the need for a second opposite creasing pass.
With a working width of 450 mm and longitudinal rotary tools at the output, it makes it one of the most versatile machine in the field of print finishing.
