KEENCUT SteelTrak 250 - Board cutter

The KEENCUT SteelTraK 250 plate cutting machine is ideally suited for cutting cardboard, light foam boards and PVC foam boards. The outstanding application, however, is in the non-cutting, fast and precise cutting of aluminum composite boards, e.g. DIBOND® up to 4 mm with the built-in double-wheel cutting head. The result is a soft cutting edge which does not have to be reworked. Precision ball bearings make it possible to cut with all materials with little effort - absolutely accurate guidance - only the KEENCUT SteelTraK offers you!
now NEW: including the new cutting head STC - for chipless cutting of steel composite plates up to 3mm! In addition, there is significantly less distortion of the cut-off area when cutting aluminium composite panels.

This unit is ideal for cutting cardboard, foam panels and PVC foam sheets. The application, however, is excellent in the chipless, rapid and precise cutting of aluminum-coated plastic sheets, e.g. DIBOND ® to 4 mm with the built-in twin wheel cutter head.

3 Turn & Lock ready mounted tools for instant action. All blades cut on the same line - cutting blade, scoring blade and glass cutter (optional), the desired cutting tool is selected by simply rotating the cutting head.
Standard blade for foam panels up to 13 mm and for Forex up to 10 mm (from 6 mm Forex we recommend our blade "Strong")
Notching blade for nicks or breakage of acrylic / plexiglass to 6 mm
Glass cutting kit optional for cutting and breaking glass in the device (optional)
Cutting depth adjustment for multiple cuts
easy positioning of the plates with a fixed and secure pressure when cutting
