The RM register cutting machine 5 - 15° standard is a simple and very affordable manual tab index / divider cutter for unbound sheets in the A4 format. Pre-set tab length, the stop positions are calculated so the length of each tab is identical. It can also be used as a straight cutting device - guillotine.
