NYLONEX UltraBond gloss 40mic, 490mmx500m

PA/Nylon foil, core 3" (76mm)

The Nylonex UltraBond film has a special hot melt adhesive with particularly good adhesion to toner-based digital prints, especially Xerox prints with EA toners (e.g. DC250).
With this supermelt adhesive, this film represents one of the few possibilities to laminate such surfaces with a very good durability.
Due to the hygroscopic character of the nylon film, it is more suitable than any other material for single-sided lamination - especially of book and brochure covers, interior mirrors. The use of a laminator with a counter-stretching device is recommended.
