MORGANA AutoCreaser PRO XL - creasing machine

MORGANA AutoCreaser PRO XL is an easy-to-use creasing machine with vacuum feed. The unique creasing tool reliably prevents tearing and breaking of the processed paper and ensures a perfect printing appearance.

With a maximum capacity of 8,500 A4 sheets/hour and a creasing position accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm, the creasing machine is extremely productive, reliable and precise. Up to 30 creases per sheet can be placed 0.1 mm apart. With the optional cross-perforation unit, e.g. tickets etc. can be produced.
The new AutoCreaser Pro XL has a maximum sheet feed size of up to 1300 x 385 mm (LxW) and a feed capacity of 200 mm. Morgana's new Adaptive Process Control (APC) monitors the sheet feed all the way through to the sheet deposit point, delivering outstanding performance and reliability.

The new intuitive user interface controls all the main functions of the AutoCreaser Pro XL and makes operating the machine much easier. All important parameters such as paper length (common sizes are preset) and fold type are set via the colour touch display and the machine does its job at the "push of a button". The AutoCreaser Pro XL automatically aligns and creases the desired application. All settings and adjustments are made by the user on the display. Up to 99 jobs can be stored.
