PLANATOL S-PUR 2022, 2 kgs (candle)

PUR-adhesive for automatic hotmelt binders

PLANATOL S-PUR 2022 is a label-free PUR adhesive for perfect binding of books, brochures, catalogues, etc. on all common PUR perfect binders. Due to the fast setting and the short open time, the PLANATOL S-PUR 2022 is also suitable for use on small perfect binders with manual book removal.

Due to the reduced proportion of free isocyanates < 0.1% , the PLANATOL S-PUR 2022 does not have to be labeled and is particularly recommended for adhesive binders with an open glue system or roller application.

Depending on the humidity in the air, the moisture content of the paper, the thickness of the adhesive film and the permeability of the material to be bonded, the final strength and properties are only achieved after about 48 hours after the adhesive has fully cured.
The brochures bound with PUR S2022 can be stretch-wrapped immediately after production.
Rounding is possible within a time window of approximately 6 to 24 hours. All information about areas of application and the resulting properties are recommendations and cannot be guaranteed in a specific application due to a large number of additional influencing factors.
It is recommended to carry out tests for the respective application in advance. Detailed information on the adhesive properties can be found in the adhesive information sheet.
The safety data sheet must be observed when using the adhesive. Both documents can be requested from us.
