Fully automatic creasing and perforating of large sheet formats at high speed with gentle processing. For automatic processing of wider formats up to 700 x 500 mm (LxW), the AutoCreaser Pro XW is the right model.

AutoCreaser Pro XW is a fully automatic creasing and perforating machine for gentle processing of digital prints with sensitive surfaces, sheets with higher grammages, coated or laminated papers, thus preventing the problem of cracking that can occur when folding digitally printed material.
Paper is fed via a suction feeder with air-assisted sheet separation with a maximum stacking capacity of 5cm mm height. The suction air feeder enables continuous material replenishment during production.
The maximum throughput width is up to 500 mm. Standard on the AutoCreaser Pro XW is also longitudinal perforation via perforation wheels. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with cross and partial perforation.
An alphanumeric memory allows you to store an unlimited number of jobs and name them as you wish. This makes job recall much easier, as you can use your own job name and numbers for storage.
The AutoCreaser Pro XW is equipped with the Morgana EasyBlade system. The quick-clamping mechanism enables easy removal or changing of the tools without tools. This is particularly useful, for example, when switching between a perforation job and a creasing job.
